French Model 1886 /91/16/35 Lebel Knife Bayonet & Scabbard June 4, 1945 Marked
French Model 1886/91/16/35 Lebel Rifle Bayonet. This is the shortened version of the original M1886 and measures 18″ OAL, with a cruciform blade of 13.5″. Blade is in excellent condition with the handle showing some black faded, scattered paint. Excellent working press-stud, dent free scabbard. Name and date marked by someone on the left side of handle. The Lebel Bayonet was very popular with the French Infantry, who called it, “Rosalie”. See our other Bayonets at TR-West.
US WWI Remington 1913 Bayonet with Scabbard U. S. M1917
This is a genuine US WWI Remington 1913 Bayonet with Scabbard U. It was manufactured in the United States, making it a piece of history that any militaria collector would want to add to their collection. The bayonet is in excellent shape and comes with its original scabbard. The blade is sharp and the scabbard is in good condition. This is an original period item that will make a great addition to any collection.
Early French Model 1886 Lebel Rifle Bayonet Scabbard Hooked Quillon 1st Variant
French Model 1886 Lebel Rifle Bayonet, the original first versions of this epee bayonet was 25.12″ which this one is, and has a hooked quillon, the 20.5″ cruciform blade is in excellent condition with a cartouche on the ricasso area. Good looking alloy handle, scabbard looks good, slightly bent a bit, but does not affect bayonet sliding in and out. Scabbard serial is faded, but does not appear to match, guard shows cartouches and serial no. These bayonets reflected a major change in design by the French, and were used from 1886 to WWII. The original first model was a long bayonet, 25.12 OAL with a hooked quillon and a silver alloy handle which was permanently affixed. See our other Bayonets at TR-West.

Venezuelan Model 1900 Bayonet & Scabbard, fits 71/84 Mauser, GEW88, Belgian Made
Venezuelan M1900 Bayonets were made in Belgium under contract for the 11.75mm. Rifles acquired by Venesuela in 1900. It will also fit the GEW 88 rifle. The Model 1900 was patterned closely after the Belgian Model 1889 bayonet. Many M1900 bayonets later had their hooked quillion removed. The original steel scabbard is included. It is in exceptional condition. The only proof is the letter N in a circle on the back of the crosspiece below the muzzle ring. The hardwood handles have two cartouches. French Model 1874 Gras Bayonet & Scabbard St. Etienne 1878 Matching S/N#
Antique French Model 1874 Rifle Bayonet measuring 25-1/2″ long overall with a T-Square blade length of 20-1/2″. Blade in excellent overall condition with St. Etienne Arsenal 1878 markings on the top of blade spine. Very good working press-stud mechanism, the hooked quillon shows scattered pitting, along with the scabbard. Serial no’s match on scabbard and on the bayonet, “N 98530″. Antique French Model 1874 Rifle Bayonet measuring 25-1/2″ long overall with a T-Square blade length of 20-1/2″. Blade is very good with a gray age patina condition and St. Etienne Arsenal 1878 markings on the top of blade spine. Original French Model 1886 Lebel Rifle Bayonet measuring 25.12″ OAL, the 20.5″ cruciform blade is in very good condition with some wear, use. Good looking brass handle, with excellent working press-stud, ricasso area of blade marked with what looks like “C&P” with a cartouche next to the press-stud.
