For sale is an Austria-Hungary issued M1895 bayonet with scabbard and its accompanying frog. This puppy has seen some action. The blade is good with discoloration at the tip consistent with contact with blood. The grip has some cuts but the rivets are original and in good shape The grip is solid. The Austrian Eagle is fairly clear. Some minor rust at the rivets near the hilt. The scabbard has a few nicks and a minor dent at the tip but is otherwise in nice shape. The Austrian Eagle is visible but a bit worn. The frog has been used without a doubt. Good sturdy leather, a few pulled stiches but in no way affecting the integrity of the frog. Overall length 14 3/4.
